Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our handyman services. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination efforts to support our team and enhance our client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for handyman services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and job progress.
  • Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and follow-up communications to clients.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
